I contacted Daniel Quigley a month ago after workman's comp negligence to take care of my medical needs..... They was worried about having to pay me to be off work, instead of my health. Mr. Quigley has represented me in a workman's comp claim since 2013. He has represented me very well and has always addressed my concerns quickly, appropriately, and responded to all my emails in a timely manner. Daniel L. Quigley is a great lawyer. After I sustained an injury at work that required surgery on my left and right knee, I was told that I would not be able to receive compensation for the left knee from my work's insurance company through workers compensation. This is due to the fact that when I had signed the documents to receive the check for my permanent partial impairment for the right knee, the documents were worded such that the left knee was included as well. I talked to multiple lawyers who said that I was probably out of luck because I had signed off, but after I spoke with Daniel, he said that he would take the case and was sure that he could get me some compensation. Sure enough, after a couple weeks, the insurance company agreed to settle without going to court. I was very happy with the outcome and how quickly he got the case settled!

Three months after I fell at my place of work I retained a prominent Hamilton County attorney to handle my case. I had severely injured my neck in the fall and the insurance company was fighting me every step of the way, trying to say I didn't need surgery. In less than three months my case was settled and now my neck surgery is not only scheduled but it will be performed by the surgeon I requested.
